In my mind I know I would lose weight if I quit drinking as I am eating healthy.
We did take a walk in the neighborhood last night. 2 miles so that was good.
I confessed to my husband about my addictions. Being on the internet too much. and he said he noticed too.
I blacked out monday night and fussed to him about the cat food running out. I apologized the next morning, of which I had a terrible hang over. First one really. I am surprised about that.
I see my new therapist again tomorrow. Am going to ask her about Dialectical behavior therapy DBT. It said it was good for substance abuse issues.
The work book came in yesterdays mail.
I started looking at it and it seems good so far.
