Started the day off well (or at least I think so).
I went to Dunkin Donuts before my therapy appt and bought myself a toasted bagel with butter. (It was 6:30 in the morning. Couldn't be bothered to make anything.) I didn't opt for any kind of donut despite my cravings for one. (My fav is chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting, for those who are wondering! Yeah, worst kind, I know.)
I'm feeling much better and more motivated today than I was yesterday. I think therapy helped. So now I'm going to eat a healthy lunch. I'm thinking breakfast food: eggs, toast, yogurt. Why not? Breakfast food is my favorite food
