I just made cheesy cauliflower "bread" for dinner and it was pretty good! Riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, and basil. Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes. Not crunchy like real garlic bread but pretty tasty. I dipped it in sugar free marinara sauce. Finally used that riced cauliflower!
