Oh- I'm also planning on rejoining my gym tomorrow and getting back into swimming. And unlike how I usually try to change 50 things at once and make ridiculously grand and unattainable goals (like working out every day and learning 10 new healthy recipes and keeping a food diary and cutting out sugar and getting more sleep, etc.), I am going to just focus on drinking lots of water, eating more produce and real food, and working out 3x per week. It feels against my nature to not go overboard but maybe this time I will have success.
