thank you fuzzy, belive it or not i have just finshed therapy but you now the nhs 6 sessions,
but on the bright side TRM social worker/cpn sugested i speak to her about being refered so i did this yesterday and today i phone up and did a self referal got to wait now for someone to be appointed for me
i could of seen someone this week but then they would of only done an assesment then i would of had to tell all over again
