Bizi- that's great your bone density results were so good! But the quantity of wine you r drinking does sound worrisome. Please take care of yourself.

Me, I packed a lunch today so ate much healthier. But then just now I ate a bunch of raw sugar cookie dough I had bought to make cookies for work. I guess it's too dangerous to keep any junk food in the house.

And now I feel defeated and pathetic and like I am failing and I don't even want to go to the gym now. I felt really good today with the warm spring weather but now I feel like I am crashing. Im so tired and feel like I could sleep for a week. I suppose 1 single night of a good 8+ hours of sleep is not gonna erase all of the sleep debt accrued from weeks of getting only 5 hours. I am considering taking a bath and then going to bed by 8 pm... maybe I should. I dunno if exercise or sleep should take priority? I am exhausted.
