I have heard the same, that in lower doses Seroquel acts as a sleep agent. All I can tell you for sure is that I currently take 75 mg Seroquel and I sleep really well. Too well, almost...I have trouble waking up all morning. Sometimes after I get up and do morning chores I have to lie down again because I feel so tired.
