Naynay, i found out the hard way too that i can't keep junk food in the house. But i got rid of it and am fine now. You will be too. It sounds like you're really tired. If it was me, i'd give sleep the priority.

I had lunch out and ate more than i would have liked. But since then i've only had a zero calorie tea. I'm still not hungry but if i get hungry i will just have an apple and maybe a protein shake. I go to bed at 2:00am so there's still 5.5 hours to go. I'll just have to see how i do.
I felt more energetic today -- a combination of nice, mild weather and warm sun and exercising yesterday. It's the first day in months that i haven't napped! I'm sore from working-out yesterday but it's not too bad. I'm surprised at how sore my back and stomach muscles are -- it's a walking workout i do so i didn't think it worked those areas too much, but i guess it does. Yay! But i did have to get up and take a Tylenol last night because my right hip socket was so sore -- ouch!
