Well after 6 days not exercising due to pain from fibromyalgia I went for a 20 min swim and 15 min walk to and from the beach. I feel good but still sore and fatigued. Funny thing is I lost 1kg (~2.5 pounds) in the last week! Don't know how as I have had the same diet, gosh I have even been drinking more beer but oh well, I will accept the loss in weight..lol.

Tomorrow I intend to exercise again and hope to get back to it 3-4 days a week but I start university next week so that will take up around 24 hours of my week. Will have to write up a timetable so I can fit everything in, including rest.
