Hi Dechan, I just read this now, sorry I didn't reply earlier.

When I wake up in a low mood I try to distract myself with other activities - your plans sound really good, they are all things you have written about enjoying, maybe I would add planning a nice meal for yourself for later in the day.

How did it work out, are you feeling any better today?
