Breakfast: oatmeal with strawberries, banana slices and pecans, and a slice of ham
Lunch: Breaded chicken sandwich
Dinner: Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken and mixed vegetables

Didn't take my blood sugar yet. Will do that before dinner. On the plus side, my husband found out he lost almost 30 pounds. Happy with that.
