Try and get a balance between endurance, strength, aerobic and I would say, spiritual. So on days i don't use the crosstrainer I walk to the sports centre(5mile round trip) , do a class (yoga, tai chi, Pilates, aerobics), go in the gym, finish with a swim in the pool. Walk home and carry back shopping on the way. Cut down carbs and sugar. My daily 'must haves' ?broccoli,garlic,turmeric,linseed,onion,red pepper, carrot, kale, spinach plus protein.
