I understand they're supposed to be weight neutral, but I noticed a change in my body with Tegretol and knew something was off. After I stopped taking it I feel better and I've lost weight. I'm also very sensitive to medication so even a relatively low dose of Tegretol was toxic when measured by a blood test.
