I am going to try a protein drink tonight. I bought samples at Vitamin Shoppe. I will try banana and strawberries tonight, in my regular smoothie recipe. Thanks for reminding me - I bought them a week or two ago but have not gotten round to trying them!
Lunch: scrambled eggs with shredded cheese. Simply and tasty. Ate it with tomato wedges, so it was a healthy lunch. Also, tea with milk.
