I went swimming, even though I was writing/a bit hypomanic and could have continued writing all day long, but I made myself go and was glad I did.
I also unloaded the DW, cooked lunch, walked to the ATM to deposit a check, made a payment to my CITI card, and saw my psychiatrist.
