Since Saturday morning I have been overwhelmed with severe exhaustion and pain, the Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia is flaring up badly. I did swim yesterday (Saturday) morning but felt weakness in my body so I lay around all day yesterday trying to recover. This morning I woke up feeling just as bad so I called in sick to work and am resting again today. It is so disheartening to have my physical health impact me so much.

My mood has dropped also and I have become very agitated and restless. My thoughts race and can be distressing. I really hope another episode isn't beginning as I start university tomorrow and have no time to be unwell. SI has crept in too. I feel like I am drowning.
