Being pregnant is hard work mentally and psychically, whether it’s your first child or your sixth. Each pregnancy is different. Your hormones are running wild, and all of the slightest fears and doubts are magnified 100 times; especially if this is your first child. The good new is this should start balancing out soon, for a bit, and come back and hit you again late in your third trimester. Utilize your support network, family and friend all are eager to help. You’re pregnant, you deserve a little pampering. When you start feeling lonely remember that in a few months you’ll never be alone again. You are about to discover a love that, unless you have children already, you have never even contemplated yet. The most joyous time of your life will be when they hand you that brand new baby that is all yours.

Congratulations and I wish you and your baby the best of health and happiness.
