Breakfast: Oatmeal and ham at Cracker Barrel
Lunch: PB&J (whole sandwich)
Snack: Cheese sticks and cashews
Dinner:
Feta-Tomato Basil Fish and broccoli. I made it with cod so it took a little longer to cook. I also added some extra spices. Very good though.
Blood sugar is at the low end of the normal range. Think it has to do with a stomach bug I might have picked up.
