HI, we saw previously that you lost your job and I'm wondering how this all ties in with that.
I am assuming the tuition for this course isn't cheap. As an individual recently unemployed you may be able to get all or a portion of this funded. Go ahead and still apply for unemployment benefits. Enquire at that time about training programs and benefits. You may even be able to get funding for your tools (scissors, etc).
Additionally, find out if the program/school has any bursaries, scholarships, or subsidy programs. It is even possible they may be able to assign you a fee based on a 'sliding scale'. I realize this can be incredibly stressful to do so and cause a great deal of anxiety but you won't know if you don't ask.
