Considering how many tests you've taken, and that they have ALL come back negative, I think it's safe to say you aren't pregnant.
I actually think maybe you need to talk to your therapist about your paranoia about this. It seems rather unhealthy. How old are you, by the way? I'm just curious.
Btw, yes, I've had a pregnancy scare before, when my period was many weeks late and I was having unprotected sex with a BF, but I was on birth control. Because the BC affected my period, it was hard to know. So I took a pregnancy test. It was negative, but I was nervous nonetheless until my period came.
But you have had a period between now and when the scare started, so that should have alleviated your paranoia. The fact that it has not and you seem convinced you are pregnant is concerning, which is why I think you should discuss with a therapist. It seems like a psychological issue rather than a physical one.
Good luck,
