I actually think maybe you need to talk to your therapist about your paranoia about this. It seems rather unhealthy. How old are you, by the way? I'm just curious.

Btw, yes, I've had a pregnancy scare before, when my period was many weeks late and I was having unprotected sex with a BF, but I was on birth control. Because the BC affected my period, it was hard to know. So I took a pregnancy test. It was negative, but I was nervous nonetheless until my period came.

But you have had a period between now and when the scare started, so that should have alleviated your paranoia. The fact that it has not and you seem convinced you are pregnant is concerning, which is why I think you should discuss with a therapist. It seems like a psychological issue rather than a physical one.

Good luck,

Thank you! I am 20 years old. The only reason that I'm still concerned is the fact that my period was very unusual and i still seem to be having the same symptoms now as I did before. But i honestly think it's because of stress and constantly being aware of it. I don't know, really.
