Personal experience is that it is an AD I can actually handle. I've only taken SR form, which comes in 150 mg pills. I've had spells of being on it (2x/ day to make) 300 mg to pull me out of bad depressions, but mostly I'm at 150. When I've been on 300, I've sometimes gotten issues with agitation and irritability -- that's when I bring it down to the 150mg.(Oh, or none, but it's been quite awhile since that.)
