I'm still working on trying to figure out my episodes and the triggers that cause them. I too was only diagnosed last summer and it's been a roller coaster ever since.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
