not sure what you mean by summon? some religions believe you can summon ghosts and spirits stuff like that. if thats what you mean no that kind of stuff doesnt happen in my location.
if you mean can someone with DID talk with their alters if they dont have co consciousness the answer is yes. sometimes I would think inside something and the next time the alter was in control they would leave me something that answered what I thought to them even when I didnt have co consciousness.
in my location hallucinations and delusions rules out having DID but people in my location can have more than one mental disorder. for example if I was hallucinating because of my bipolar disorder that problem was called bipolar not DID/ alter related.
the only way sometimes to know whether a person is having hallucinations vs alters is if their treatment provider tells them, my suggestion is contact your treatment provider, they will let you know if what you are going through is because of hallucinations/ delusions or if the problem is having a dissociative problem.
