Doing ok today, at work and not as agitated as yesterday. I just remembered that I forgot to fill my pill bottle with my noon dose of busbar...dammit! Hopefully this afternoon will go ok anyway as sometimes I forget to take it anyway...sigh. At least I don't want to tell everyone to stfu like I did yesterday, I'm always afraid I won't be able to control myself one of these days, that would be horrible. Tomorrow morning I start working out with my friend, I have to get up at 5:30...yikes
