No worries

Adderall is actually a lifesaver. It's made me aware of the "others". Without it, idk if I'd be dead. Very scary to think about.

I think my therapist can save me, but idk. Monday is a long way out to see her. I wish she could save me sooner, but she's on vacation. I'm actually scared the "others" may get to her
