This sucks, the stress of this will eat you alive if you let it. What happens to him will depend entirely on the company, if he's already been warned about this then he should be terminated....in a perfect world.
In my case the man in question was not terminated even though there were 10 witnesses that came forward and complained to the HRD. He also have a complaint prior to mine for which he was reprimanded. I transferred out of the department. He followed me. Each time he got away with it, it got worse, and he was bolder and bolder. Finally they had to do something.
Kimmy gave very good advice. Documentation, documentation, documentation. A little notebook that says what happened, where, when and who was around, whether they're willing to get involved or not.
