I got a new social worker from the epilepsy foundation about 2 weeks ago.she constantly calls me on the phone.Asks me personal questions that I think are inappropriate.every year the epilepsy foundation asks us to fill out forms to put in our files.they ask for our Dr's names.now all of a sudden after 23 years of being a client they said they are going to ask for my medical records.when she asked me over the phone for my Dr's name's she got really nosey & asked what my diganoses is regarding my mental health & she asked me what I discuss with my Counselor.i have never had a social worker from the epilepsy foundation ask me that before.today after i gave her the information yesterday she calls me up & says she lost my file & would like for me to come In & fill out the paperwork so she can see my medical records.she also asked me when was the last time I looked for a job & why am I not working.she asked me why I sleep past 10 am .What I do all day etc .she acts like her being my social worker makes it ok to be nosey.i really do not like how she is treating me.i have some rights to privacy.should i start ignoring her phone calls or what should I do?
