((((((Silent Love)))))))

I really feel for you...I am the other end of that relationship. I have not listened to my wife for over seven years now telling me I need help. I finally got the help I needed but only after I was forced to. The best thing you can do is love and support your SO and know that they are going through something that is really tough. Until they are really willing to get the help they need it will be hard for you to follow any quidelines in order to help them. Know that he loves you and it is hard for a guy to get help for something like this because he feels that it will show a weakness and we (men) feel that we can fix anything. This is not the case. Just remember that this is an illness and not something that he has control over (except for seeking help). The best thing to do is to sit down with him and tell him that you love him and that he really needs to see a doc even if it is your family doc to get a plan of action. Only then will he be getting the help he needs. Please feel free to PM anytime, I hope that I can be of some help to you.
