(((((((((((((Angela)))))))))))))))) I have had the exact same thing happen to me. I don't know why it happens but it is one of the most awful feelings. You are not bad and more than likely you have not done anything wrong and even if you did we are all human everyone makes mistakes. You are ok really! Breathe in slowly breathe out slowly. You don't sound crazy to me I know the feeling so well and it keeps me away from people if I let it. So glad that you are talking about it. Don't try to figure it out. You are a wonderful lady!!!!!!!
