If you're still having these delusions, you could try switching meds. That said, I have been trying different AP drugs for 11 years now, and so far I am still frequently psychotic. The real test, as far as I am concerned is, are you a danger to yourself and others? Are you going to dump half a ton of mercury in the local water supply in an attempt to kill these other beings? Or take up an assault rifle and go down to the mall and shoot them where they're hiding inside normal people? Etc. If the answer is yes, then definitely seek out better meds.
