1) I don't honestly know. She has mixed days/hours. She has low-income, working-class and families as clients so I know she does evenings and weekends (which is why I went to her) I used to see her on the weekends but then I got a regular weekday evening gig. I assume she takes some weekdays off but I don't know which ones.
2) I think it's a group agency? The name of the business on her card has other locations.
3) A house-style office building. Not a renovated residence but one of those beige two-story buildings made to look like a "house" that has other businesses. There is no secretary. Just a door to a waiting room that leads into other offices down the hall.
