Breakfast: Small pancakes, and ½ slice ham
Lunch: Leftover Hearty Beef Vegetable Ragout
Snacks: Cheese stick and ¼ cup cashews
Dinner: Happy Family and shrimp roll
Blood sugar has been good so far.
