Hi Haunted. You story sounds very familiar - I had anxiety attacks while driving, had to pull over and collect myself before continuing on. And, same disapproval from employer when I had to take time off - even one day. I am glad you are here. I think the best thing in helping ourselves is to know we aren't alone in our struggles.
