Can you lock your meds up, just leaving out enough for Friday? I had to keep mine locked for a couple of years until I proved I could follow my safety plan adequately and while the majority of them were locked up so I could only open the box with a key my therapist held the weekly pill box was kept in a tool box with a combination lock so that I had to think a little and be calm enough to enter the code if I wanted in that box. It at least kept me from being totally impulsive. Could you do something similar to keep away from the meds?

I think going IP would be safer but understand wanting to wait 2 days if you think you can be sure you won't listen to the entity. Personally I wouldn't take that risk but that's me.
