My last hospitalization was so helpful that I stopped being psychotic and suicidal just from the feeling of safety, without med changes. I have since been on the mend. I was hospitalized in early Dec and my life has improved due to that hospitalization. I highly recommend that you go to ER and tell them what you have told us on here.
