i am male , 37 years old.
and i have Bipolar Disorder from 5 years ago.
in this year sometimes when i go to street i see cars seem to move slower than usual but people are moving normal.
and as much as cars are far they are moving slower than reality.

and also it happened once five years ago.what is that mean??

my medicines are:
lithium carbonate 300 one pill per night
risperidone 2 half pill per night
orap 4ml a quarter per night
zyprobiox 2.5 half pill per night
biperiden half pill per morning
