Hello arjhang: I just finished replying to your first post where you asked about feeling as though your brain is burning from the inside.

I replied that I had not heard of anything like that before & perhaps you would need to discuss it with you doctor.

Unfortunately I have to say the same thing about this situation. I can't say I have ever heard of, or experienced, anything like cars seeming to move more slowly when people seem to be moving normally.
What I do know is that everyone is different & how psych med's affect them is different. So it's certainly possible both this burning sensation, & what you are experiencing with regard to the movement of cars & people, are both related to the med's you're taking.

But I think this is something you're going to have to ferret out with the help of your physician.
Of course, it is also possible that you have something else going on entirely that is mostly unrelated to your psych med's. This would be another good reason to talk with your doctors about what you are experiencing & have yourself checked out both in terms of your psych med's & also in terms of your general health.
