i'll say here what i've said in another thread.
for me, I see 2 options

either just lay in bed and do absolutely nothing, which won't help at all, or at least get up and do stuff (even though I don't want to)

I think as long as you're making an effert, and as long as your willing to put up with the bad, debilitating days, their's at least a chance things can get better for you (eventually)

what i'm trying to say is lying down and just taking it won't improve things at all

medications, therapy, yep.. that all helps, but also doing stuff you like doing.

talking to people who support you and understand

make a concious effert to eat right and possibly exercise (here I am saying exercise, and I don't even do it myself)

you get my drift
