Hello, just joined, I've binged on food for as long as I can remember, been on so many "diets" finally several years ago I was in a good place mentally, I didn't diet, I lost the weight by eating well but enough and didn't over exercise. Was so proud as I kept the weight off for almost 2 years then...here we go, I could feel.it coming on, to begin with I could just tell myself don't over eat, you don't really want it you're just stressed but finally it took over.

I'm going through a divorce and started bingeing, every night telling myself don't do it tomorrow.

Well, here we are 5 months later and I've gone from 138 pounds to 224...yep...I stuff myself until I feel sick
I'm coming to a place where I have to stop but I'm hoping to find others who understand and we can help and support each other.
