I have a coworker that has been fired numerous times for various reasons, but always gets his job back. We are a union company so it's hard to get fired unless you're caught stealing. The last time he was fired was for threatening to blow up a customers building. I was shocked he got his job back after that. The other day he told a coworker he was not taking his medicine anymore. Since then his behavior has gotten more erratic. He even made a threat at a coworker. Being Bipolar and having GAD I go to therapy twice a month. I've mentioned this situation to my therapist. She was shocked he still has a job and advised me to avoid him. Now we are working in the same position three times a week. He has never threatened me personally, but just having him in close proximity to me has got my anxiety working overtime. Any suggestions?
Thanks for this!
