The showing/touching each other is normal at that age. My son and his friends played at that together in the closet at the same age (he said it was the girl's idea and I believe him). I told him it was inappropriate and the rule became the door must stay opened.

As for as the penis in the bum... I don't know where the other boy would have gotten the idea or what it really means.
