Thanks Dragon.... and thanks jin.... great to hear other accounts of angels and spirits helping and guiding us through this life.

I thought I'd see a lot more stories coming from folks on the boards but maybe folks are shy.... I'm not.... here's another from me....

I was driving way too fast for the winter conditions. I'd gone down the canyon way cuz the mountain pass had been closed due to the snowing conditions. I knew the road really well but was not respecting the conditions. I approached a corner coming onto a bridge going way too fast. I felt my wheels start to slip and my truck slide. I thought for sure I was going to start to spin out of control when suddenly I felt my truck lift off the road. I knew I was rising cuz just as I was loosing control of my truck my eyes hooked on a child in the front seat of an oncoming truck. It was at that exact moment when ours eyes met that I felt my truck lift off the road, straighten out and land softly back into my own lane on the snow covered road. My eyes were still locked with the little boy as our trucks safely passed by each other. That same feeling.... being touch by an angel filling every part of my being. We'd been spared. Disaster had been averted. It was devine intervention. I had no control of the situation. I was mearly a bi-stander and ever so greatful recipient of a miracle moment.

I'll never forget that little boys face. Our eyes were locked as though he knew the danger we were in at that split second of time yet there was no fear in him.

I'm not sure if it was his angel or mine on duty that moment. Perhaps both of our angels were traveling with us that day and joined forces to keep us all safe.

I never disrespect road conditions anymore. The day my truck was lifted up by an angel and put down safely again is imprinted in my brain for ever. The peace in that little boys eyes in spite of the danger continues to bless me.

What a blessing it is to know we have helpers all around us even if we can't see them.

May the miracle of your harvest cause you to give thanks to our Creator. May you always value and appreciate the gifts of Mother Earth. May the blessing of your bounty cause you to share abundantly with others in need.
