Are they you with experiences have they informed you of that? Are they invaliding that you might not be imagining? Only way to know for sure is go to a great therapist to talk about what is going on. Do they need guidance a way to give themselves name the lingo so that there is no grey area. It could be the only term that you exposed yourselves to everybody knows imaginary friends.
Fictive Factives introjects can be consistent with alter types dissocaitive identity disorder only problem is you gotta know they are you. It isn't that bad although good therapy can be really painful on how they got to be. It could also be something else lol...
