I row my canoe on the lakes, go for walks, meditate, and stimulate my senses with scented candles or food scents like apples and cinnamon flavors. there might be another thread around here somewhere that can give you more ideas, I remember this coming up before here on the dissociative boards, but I do know theres one pinned in the PTSD forum, that may also help you with finding things to help ground yourself.... heres the link...
