It really depends. Different things work for me at different times. Sometimes something that worked before, doesn't work the next time.
I really like yoga, and it helps to focus on my breathing and balance. I have some peppermint essential oil beadlets and they seem to help in some way. I take them with me to my sessions and pop quite a few there. My journal helps me too. Unedited journaling gets what is in my mind onto paper and sometimes I understand it and can sort it out.
