I am so tired. But I am so awake at the same time. My body is tired because it has been a week that I am sleeping very badly.
It is not like when I get happy hypomania (those times I stay up until four in the morning and go to work at eight, no problem). This time I want to go to bed, but it feels like my body forgot how to fall asleep.
Tonight fo example I fell asleep after some tossing and turning around and woke up again four in the morning. I usually get two to five hours of sleep and then I use to drift away a little but it doesn't feel like sleeping. Moreover I wake up all the time and I dream a lot.
Strangest thing is that sometimes I go to bed at around midnight and I have a look at the clock at 4:30 in the morning and am convinced I haven't slept yet but the time passed so fast that I must have fallen asleep at least a little.
I guess I am just never falling into those phases of deep sleep anymore.
Anyone knows this pattern combined with hypo?
