Just got off the phone with my doctors office. It's still early and I'm having a bad day so my voice is a little rusty. It's a new medical doctor for me, and I couldn't remember his name. So the secretary starts to talk to me like I'm a child: "Ok, this is Dr. Bozo's office, Do you remember where your parents are little boy?" That was her exact tone.
Why? Just why are some people such a-holes?
