I use an app called "Balanced" to help me get going in the mornings. Today I drank water, meditated for ten minutes, read my devotional, was thankful for three things, prayer list, washed face and brushed teeth, made bed, contacted a friend, did two loads of laundry, wrote in my journal, did "Moodtracker", and cleaned the litter box.
I need to take a walk and listen to my audiobook.

This might look like a lot, but it really only takes a little while once I get going. The app really helps.
