I don't know what my sig says because I'm using stupid tapatalk, but I'm on 1500mg of depakote, 3mg timed xanax, 0.5 triazolam, and 160mg ziprasidone (geodon)... so... all anti-manic type stuff. But I have weird chemistry.

Well, a med adjustment is just the sort of thing to trigger a mood swing and episode. Remember, just because you are taking mood stabilizers doesn't mean they will do just that. Medications do require periodic adjustment to meet our changing needs. Outside influences impact our moods too. You are you say amidst a medication adjustment; don't expect the meds to work for 6-8 weeks.
